Licence Scope
Appropriate for the freelance trainer wishing to access high quality, pre-prepared customer service materials & looking to build or develop their database of clients. Delivery to any type of organisation & /or participants on an in-house or open basis for the purpose of fee generation.
Licence valid for 2 years
Licence to deliver Service Assured for Staff on an in-house basis. Appropriate for recognised company trainers wishing to access high quality customer service material to develop quality in-house customer service practices. Materials can be customised/branded to meet the needs of the organisation (subject to approval)
